The World Health Organisation says 80% of all chronic diseases, e.g.. heart disease, dementia,
diabetes, inflammatory diseases, as well as 50% of cancers are avoidable by improving our lifestyles.
This talk will cover what the science states are the best lifestyle choices you can make to
maximise your health span, and to look and feel your best. We will also include tips on how to incorporate these into your own life and help them stick.
