Our clinical systems are currently down. This is a widespread problem. The IT department and system providers are working on resolving this issue. As a result, PATCHS has been closed. As soon as problem is resolved PATCHS will be open for clinical and admin queries.

The community midwife provides antenatal care which is shared with the Doctors and is available by appointment.

Health Visitors

Health Visitors work alongside the GP and other members of the Community Health service and are based in the Surgery. They work Monday to Friday.

Health Visitors are qualified nurses with specialist training and experience in child health and health promotion. They offer practical support and advice in a range of situations affecting all families mainly with young children.

The Health Visitor runs child health clinics and can also visit families at home.

District Nurses

Community or District Nurses provide care to housebound patients in their own homes. They can be contacted at the surgery on 0208 359 8500.
